Biography
My research interests:
- I investigate how genetic predispositions interact with social structures to shape human capital and labour market outcomes.
- My work combines GWAS summary statistics and individual-level genotype data.
- I apply Genomic Structural Equation Modelling (Genomic SEM), GWAS-by-subtraction, and local genetic correlation analysis (LAVA).
-Current projects involve partitioning heritability (LDSC-SEG), mapping SNP-to-gene pathways (MAGMA, FUMA), and modelling genetically informed pathways.
