My Research focuses on the interplay between genetics, socioeconomic status, and labour market outcomes. Leveraging the comprehensive INVEST-Full population dataset, I apply both mixed models and machine learning techniques to investigate how genetic predispositions and parental socioeconomic background influence educational attainment and career trajectories. My work pays particular attention to regional disparities across Finland, with the broader aim of understanding how genetic and environmental factors jointly shape outcomes in the labour market.
