Biography

Eliisa Troberg works as a professor of practice of co-operatives and mutuals at the University of Turku. She has been working at the University of Helsinki, Ruralia Institute, the University of Turku and at LTT Research Ltd. (subsidiary of the Helsinki School of Economics). Her doctoral dissertation dealt with different organizational forms of knowledge intensive firms (companies of limited liability and cooperatives) and their implications for management and leadership. In addition to cooperatives and joint entrepreneurship Eliisa Troberg’s research interest areas are entrepreneurship education and motivation of experts. She has published in several Finnish and international journals.
