Teaching

I serve as one of the teacher tutors ("omaopettaja") in our discipline and occasionally act as a guest lecturer on other courses. Furthermore, I regularly give lectures on my research themes outside the university.

Previously, I worked as a university teacher in the Unit of Management and Organisation, where I taught the following courses:

- TEVYA: Futures Thinking, Personal Competencies and Project Work

- JO1: Leadership, Work Performance and Wellbeing

- JOY: Introduction to Management and Organisation (Teaching Assistant)

I have also supervised Bachelor's theses.

Research

My doctoral dissertation, published in 2025, examined recovery from work, with a particular focus on promoting recovery through a recovery intervention based on Acceptance and Commitment Training. I am currently continuing this line of research as a postdoctoral researcher, exploring how organisational factors shape employees' ability to recover from work.
