Biography

My academic career has included qualitative and quantitative research in international and national research group concerning older people’s quality of care. I worked as a project researcher of Finnish team (2010-2013) in 8 countries European Union funded research project on people with memory disorders, RightTimePlaceCare. I work as a University Teacher and make a doctoral thesis of Respect in the care of older patients. In addition, I have working experience as a nurse in Trauma-Orthopedic department (13 years) and in long-term care (three years).
