Biography
I hold a Master’s degree in Marketing and Value Chain Management, majoring in Marketing and minoring in Sustainable Development, and a Bachelor’s degree in the same programme, majoring in Supply Chain Management. Through my studies and hands-on experience with circular economy companies, I have developed expertise in circular economy, customer experience, and service design.
Research
My current research examines how B2B circular economy platforms can be developed through a customer experience lens to better support material circulation and meet the needs of diverse stakeholders, with the textile and clothing industry as a key case context.
