Biography
I graduated from Turku School of Economics as Master of Social Sciences in Economics in 2021 and began my doctoral studies at the Department of Mathematics and Statistics in January 2022. I'm a member of the econometrics research group where I study topics related to financial econometrics and statistical learning under the supervision of Associate Professor Henri Nyberg.
Teaching
Currently I have no teaching responsibilities. In the past, I have worked as a teaching assistant on the courses Statistics and Data and Linear and Generalized Linear Models as well as a co-lecturer on the course Advanced Statistical Learning.
Research
The aim of my research is to apply and develop statistical learning methods to be used to solve problems in empirical finance research, especially asset pricing.
