Biography

I have a PhD from 2007 in geology and paleontology and I am a docent in palaeoecology since 2009. Currently, I am working as a Collegium Researcher at the Turku Institute for Advanced Studies (Department of Archaeology). I work within several projects on environmental vegetation history over long time perspective. I am working in side by side with archaeologists in order to achieve a more holistic understanding of past human lifeways and people-environmental interactions
