Preparations are underway at the Feeniks Library of the University of Turku for a renovation currently being planned, along with relocations and the closure of the library during the autumn term. The cultural materials located in the Library's collections will be moved to temporary facilities and will be unavailable during the move. The language collections will be moved from Feeniks to the Arcanum Library in June. 

The library on the University Hill is positively bathed in light. The low furniture lets the light flood in to the building where the biggest change has happened on the third floor. The staff facilities have been restored back to the students' use, just like the architect of the building, Aarne Ervi, designed.
