The Virtual Open Week on 20-24 November is a perfect way to start building your future career at the University of Turku, in Finland. Whether you already have found a programme of your interest or just want to learn more about the possibilities at the University, we'll be there to answer your questions.
During the 5-day long UTU Virtual Open Week, you will have a chance to discuss with the programme staff, get advice for the application period in interactive webinars and chat live with the current international students and study advisors of UTU.

Programme of the week
Coffee and Chat with Admission Services
- Every afternoon from Monday to Friday, the advisors from Admission Services will be available for discussion. Hop in to ask a quick question or stay for the whole 45 minutes!
- 12:15-1 pm local Finnish time
Chatrooms open from Monday to Friday
- There will be three chatrooms for questions and greetings: one for Admission related questions, one for Student Life related questions, and one for networking with other applicants and event participants. The Admission Services Team and UTUambassadors will check the chatroom throughout the week during Finnish office hours and answer questions as soon as possible.

How to make the most out of the Virtual Open Week?
- The Virtual Open Week requires pre-registration by Sunday 19 November.
- In the sessions arranged by the Admission Services, you will learn more about the University, Turku and Finland, general admission criteria and application timeline.
- In the sessions arranged by the programmes, you will learn more about the programme-specific admission criteria, course contents, career prospects and teaching methods.
- In the session arranged in collaboration with the UTUambassadors, you will learn more about the studies from a student perspective and about student life in Turku, Southwest Finland.
Read through the How to apply website and the website of the programme of your interest. That way you can better prepare questions for us, to be asked in the interactive webinars!
We will send you an email with information on how to access the event platform on the event day morning. By logging in to the event platform in advance, you can join the interactive sessions smoothly on the event week.
