We assist our alumni in planning and running their own events by providing guidance, tips, and help with promoting the meeting.
Planning your event
We can offer advice on best practices and suitable venues on campus. We are also happy to share information about the University’s upcoming events, which you can take into account when scheduling your own alumni meeting.
Reaching participants
We can help you get in touch with former classmates and promote your event to the target audience through the alumni register. Contact information in the alumni register is never shared with external parties. Organisers are responsible for the event’s promotional content.
