Our interaction-based teaching combines practice and theory, offering graduates the needed competences to work in demanding expert and managerial positions in strategic management and change, sustainable business management and human resource management.

Our graduates recognize the significance of ethical decision-making and the role of business as part of the broader environment and societal transformation. They combine systemic and strategic skills with the ability to engage and lead people. They understand the significance of shared objectives and the basics of a well-managed organization.
