Emerald Citations of Excellence Award 2017 for Dr. Elina Jaakkola

​Emerald Group Publishing has selected the paper "The Role of Customer Engagement Behavior in Value Co-Creation: A Service System Perspective" (published in Journal of Service Research, 2014) by Elina Jaakkola and Matthew Alexander (University of Strathclyde) as a winning paper in the prestigious Emerald Citations of Excellence for 2017.

The selection made by an editorial expert panel is based on the citations being given to papers as well as the content of the papers themselves in terms of novelty, inter-disciplinary interest and relevancy in today's world.
