Grant, the Wihuri Physical Laboratory (Application period 13.5.2026-27.5.2026)

Wihuri Physical Laboratory opens a call for grant applications. The purpose of a grant is own scientific research in the field of cold sources of atomic tritium. The grant period is one month in summer 2026. The exact dates can be agreed together with the grantee.

Candidates should have experience of working with Low Temperature techniques, preferably familiar with the operation of the cryogenic electronics. A grant recipient must not be employed by the University of Turku.

• Amount of the grant: 2900 eur/month
• The application period is 13.5.- 27.5.2026

Decision on the grant will be made by the Dean of the Faculty of Science Petriina Paturi on Senior Research Fellow Sergey Vasiliev’s proposal.
