International Students Rate Their Study Experiences as Excellent
StudyPortals International Student Satisfaction Awards 2014 listed the experiences of international students in nearly 50 countries.
The international students who studied at the University of Turku rated their study experience as excellent, reveals the survey made by the StudyPortals website.
The result is based on the reviews left by the students at the stexx.eu website. The students rated their study experiences at the University as well as Finland as a student country. The positive aspects of studying in Finland were especially the high-quality content of the studies, possibilities for social interaction and excellent university services.
In individual comments, the international students commend the University of Turku on the quality of education, teaching methods and the availability of guidance and counselling. The students think that Turku is an international and beautiful city.
The purpose of the StudyPortals website is to offer the students more information about the universities and a chance to compare them, as well as background information for the universities to support the international student marketing and admission.
The European Comission supports the StudyPortals platform, which includes over 1,600 universities from 46 countries.
