JOSM Highly Commended Paper Award for Elina Jaakkola

TIAS Collegium Researcher Elina Jaakkola from Department of Marketing and IB has received the Highly Commended Award 2015 by Journal of Service Management for a paper entitled “Service Experience co-creation: conceptualization, implications, and future research directions”. The paper was authored by Elina Jaakkola, Anu Helkkula (Hanken School of Economics) and Leena Aarikka-Stenroos (Tampere University of Technology).
