Journal of Services Marketing awarding Henna Leino from International Business with two recognitions
A research article written by Postdoctoral Researcher Henna Leino from International Business, Senior University Lecturer Janet Davey (Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand) and professor Raechel Johns (Canberra Business School, University of Canberra, Australia) has received Best Paper Award 2024 out of the 81 articles published in Journal of Services Marketing that year. Award winners are selected based on both the downloads and the merit of the contribution to services marketing. The paper is entitled:
