Feedback: The coordinator collected feedback after the seminar. 16 participants out of 46 answered. The feedback was very positive, nearly all the interviewees were fairly or very satisfied with all parts of the seminar. Especially the arrangements of the seminar, as well as working in the small groups and the professional skills of the controllers supervisors got high estimates.

In the development proposals the participants suggested the presentation of new supervisors in the beginning of the seminar, introduction of the opponent system in the small groups, as well as more discussion time for the keynote lectures. The coordinator thanks for the feedback  and  the development proposals are taken into account when planning the next year seminar!
