Ministry of Education rewarded the Kielitivoli-project coordinated by the Teacher Training School in Rauma

The Ministry of Education rewarded the best projects and teachers in language teaching and the Myllytonttu maailmalla -project received a commendation.

The Myllytonttu maailmalla -project is a part of the Kielitivoli-project coordinated by the Teacher Training School in Rauma. The Myllytonttu maailmalla –project was funded by the Ministry of Education and the National Board of Education.​

Myllytonttu maailmalla is a preschool education and elementary instruction oriented project for language teaching and internationalization education.

Myllytonttu maailmalla is an adventure story for 6-10-year-olds where Myllytonttu (an elf who lives in a mill) travels around the world with the help of his magic hat. The aim of the project is to use storytelling and adventure to diffuse prejudices and introduce foreign languages and cultures to children.
