New Academy Research Fellows, Postdoctoral Research Fellows and Academy Projects to the University of Turku
The Academy of Finland has appointed new academy projects, academy professors and research fellows as well as postdoctoral research fellows. The funding that was allocated to the University of Turku reflects the diversity of our research.
Academy Research Fellows who were appointed to the period of 1 September 2014–31 August 2019 are Marika Jalovaara, Suvi Keskinen, Päivi Rannila, Juha Torvinen and Valtteri Viljanen. Each researcher will receive 434 485 euro in funding.
Funding for postdoctoral research fellowships for the period of 1 September 2014–31 August 2017 were appointed to Anu Autio, Masoumeh Ebrahimi, Peter Gollan, Ville Korpela, Eero Lehtonen, Peter Myrdal, Katja Pahkala, Pasi Rinne and Kati Tarkkonen.
In addition, the University of Turku received funding for 20 new academy projects.
