Nine New Academy Projects to University of Turku

Research Council for Health of the Academy of Finland has granted funding for new academy projects.

​The Academy of Finland has granted altogether €18.2 million to 41 Academy projects. In choosing the projects, the Research Council for Health emphasised scientific quality and effectiveness as well as research that supports the renewal of science.

  • Sourander, Andre: Prenatal and Early Infancy Risk Factors of ADHD – A Nationwide Biomarker and Register-Based Study
  • Taimen, Pekka: LMNA-related dilated cardiomyopathy: modelling and molecular targeting of cellular stress in vitro and in vivo
  • Tuomela, Johanna: Understanding bisphosphonate-induced inflammation for clinical benefit
