Phishing Emails in the Name of the University of Turku

Phishing emails have been sent in the name of the University of Turku. The title of the email mentions a call for tenders (tarjouspyyntö in Finnish).  

The email suggests that the sender is the University of Turku, and the email address of the sender ends with @utu.fi. The email comes with an attachment that might contain a malware.

The University of Turku has nothing to do with these emails.
These emails have been sent to different companies in Finland.
