University of Turku Successful in QS Graduate Employability Rankings

QS Rankings has ranked nearly 500 universities globally on the grounds of working life perspectives. The University of Turku was highly successful being ranked in the 300–500 class.
The purpose of the ranking is to offer both students and employers an opportunity to compare universities based on five criteria concerning working life: employer reputation, alumni outcomes, partnerships with employers, employer-student connections, and graduate employment rate 12 months after graduation.
As for all Finnish universities, only Aalto University (position 201–250) made it to the list alongside the University of Turku.
There are two European universities in the top ten of the global ranking, Cambridge and Oxford. The two best universities are MIT and Stanford in the United States. In the top ten, there is also one Chinese (Tsinghua) and one Australian university (Sydney).
The effect of the employer reputation survey results on QS Graduate Employability Rankings is 30 percent.
