Career at the Faculty of Law
There are about 80 staff members currently at the Faculty. A good working atmosphere, interaction and trust are the goals at the Faculty. All the tasks and working conditions are organized in order to improve staff's welfare. Some of the Faculty's researchers participate in ongoing debate in media, drafting of laws and juridical literature as specialists.
Curriculum vitae and the list of publications are compiled in accordance with the guidelines of the Finnish National Board on Research Integrity (TENK) and the Research Council of Finland. These are required when applying for teaching and research positions.
The preparation of a teaching portfolio to be attached to teaching-oriented tasks has been instructed at the university level.
Each call for applications may also have more detailed requests for materials for example regarding key publications.
