Studying Business Law in Pori

In Pori, Business Law is offered as a minor subject to the major students of Accounting, Management and Organisation, and Marketing. The minor subject consists of at least 25 credits.

  • For Accounting students, we recommend the following five courses: Tax Law, Company Law, Finance and Insolvency Law, Employment Law, and Contract Law.
  • For students of Management and Organisation or Marketing, the courses Contract Law, Responsible Business, Employment Law, International and European Environmental Law, and Company Law might be the best.

It is also possible for students to take individual courses from Business Law, even if they do not choose Business Law as a minor. All UCPori students are welcome to study these courses through the cross-studies system.
