Workstations of Cultural Material – A New Guide
23.02.2023
Turku University Library is one of the six legal deposit libraries in Finland. Due to the legal deposit right, the library receives almost all printed and electronic material that is published in Finland. Electronic materials are available on the workstation of cultural material.
Take a look at our new guide “Workstations of cultural material". The guide includes instructions on how to find the workstations and information about services. Because services contain material from Finland, most of the publications are in Finnish or Swedish. However, there are some — for example newspapers — in other languages.
What kind of material can you find on the workstations of cultural material?
- Digitized Finnish newspapers and magazines (The index of Digi is available open access)

- NB! Turku University researcher and student: you can research Finnish digital newspapers and magazines from 1940-2021 from your own computer. Log in to Tutkain at kansalliskirjasto.digi.fi using the HAKA login system. Further information about Tutkain
