Apply for research grant in radiopharmaceutical chemistry

Turku PET Centre opens a call for grant applications for scientific research in radiopharmaceutical chemistry. The grant is for research in preclinical development of new radiopharmaceuticals for positron emission tomography (PET).

A successful candidate should have a background and PhD degree in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, radiochemistry, radiopharmaceutical chemistry, or related fields. Previous experience especially in development of new radiosynthetic methods for 18F-chemistry is required.

The amount of the grant is based on the applicant’s competence and research experience. The grant is minimum 2400 €/month. The length of the grant is four months. The planned starting date of the grant is 11th of May 2022.
