Baltic Rim Economies 3/2020 is now published

In the review published on the 29th of October, visiting authors include:
- Andrius Kubilius, MEP and former Lithuanian Prime Minister, who writes about the presidential election in Belarus and how the Western democracies should react to the election result and its aftermath;
- Tom Dodd, the British Ambassador to Finland, who considers the development of relations between the UK and the EU in light of Brexit,
- Military Professor and Lieutenant Colonel Marko Palokangas, who discusses the political crisis in Belarus and its effects on the countries of the Baltic Sea region,
- Olga Dryndova, editor of Belarus-Analysen and political scientist from the Research Centre for East European studies at the University of Bremen, who writes about the protests in Belarus and their possible root causes.

The Pan-European Institute publishes a discussion forum, Baltic Rim Economies (BRE), which deals with the development of the Baltic Sea region. In the BRE review, high level public and corporate decision makers, representatives of Academia, as well as several other experts contribute to the discussion.
