Changes in traffic arrangements and pedestrian traffic at the University Hill
The Aurum construction site and the renovation of the Main Building of University will cause changes arriving to the Feeniks Library in the spring. It is advisable to arrive to the Feeniks Library on foot along Hämeenkatu, Koskenniemenkatu or along the path between Quantum and Natura buildings. The immediate vicinity of Feeniks Library is not accessible by car.
The second tower crane at the Aurum site is erected in front of the Natura building by the emergency exit road. Therefore the pedestrian path from Henrikinkatu to the Feeniks Library and the University Hill Square will be closed between 25th March and 1st April and between 12nd and 15th of April 2019.
The renovation of the Main Building of University extends to the University Hill Square. Pedestrians from Koskenniemenkatu are directed to use the Feeniks Library side while at the University Hill Square.
One parking space for disabled people is reserved in front of the Feeniks Library. Another one can be found in the courtyard of the Natura building. See the campus map for more information.
