Elina Jaakkola nominated in Board and Management group of Finnish Service Alliance

Dr. Elina Jaakkola has been nominated in the Board and Management group of Finnish Service Alliance. The Finnish Service Alliance (FSA) association was established to boost Finnish service research, and enhance the utilization of service research in private and public organizations nationally. The association supports the development of the service economy and increases the societal impact of service research in Finland. The association aims at facilitating collaboration between the academia and companies. Also, the FSA attempts to make the achievements of Finnish service scholars more visible internationally.
