Exceptional opening time in the library on Aug 31st

On Friday Aug 31st most libraries will open at 11 o'clock.
Teutori library will open at 10.15.
Newspaper- and ephemeraservices at Raisio and Teacher Education Library in Rauma are open normally except that customer service in Rauma opens at 10.30.
The reason for the exceptional opening time is staff info.
