The InCompEdu project is seeking an answer to this question: which kind of challenges there are at the European universities. The aim is to identify success stories and best practices, and to learn from each other. Please share your experiences on online teaching!
The results of the survey will be published during the autumn. In addition, the project InCompEdu calls academic teachers at the European universities to join events to share their experiences and for brainstorming. The aim is to identify, how the experiences and successes in the sudden shift to online teaching would be of benefit in the future, to enhance high quality university education.
Questionnaire on challenges in online teaching during COVID-19 pandemic
Brahea Centre at the University of Turku, Centre for Maritime Studies coordinates this survey as part of the InCompEdu project, financed by ERASMUS +. Aside identification of best practices, knowledge and experiences, we are mapping the preparedness to online teaching before the pandemic. We are also surveying the digital infrastructure, tools and applications used in online teaching.

Please reply to the questionnaire on Thursday, 12 August at the latest (the time has been prolonged). It will take approximately 20 - 30 minutes to complete the questionnaire. You may save the questionnaire and continue to fill in later in your convenience. At the end of the questionnaire, we ask some questions about your background. Participation in the survey is voluntary and researchers will ensure the confidentiality of the findings: answers will not be disclosed, if not in an aggregated format or anonymized, after the removal of personal details. Privacy will be protected in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union.
