Researcher: Please check and, if necessary, report your publication information from the year 2018 by 31 January, 2019

​The Library imports publications by the University of Turku researchers to the Current Research Information System UTUCRIS around the year from the databases Web of Science, Scopus, Medic, Arto and Selma. About 50% of all publications in the University are harvested in the database imports. At the moment, the system contains 3,500 publications, which is approximately 70% of the annual accumulation.

Instructions for checking your publications

• The current status of your publication information can be seen in the "My publications - My publications" report in your Researcher'sCV view. (Select language and publication status and click View Report.)
• Check whether all your publications have been filed, and whether the information data is correct.
• If some publications are missing, please submit their information by e-form or by entering and saving the information independently in the UTUCRIS (instructions here). You can also submit only the copy of the publication manuscript for self-archiving in case the publication information itself is already in the UTUCRIS. In this case, you can write e.g. “XX” in the rest of the form fields.
• If your publication information is in the UTUCRIS but there are errors in the data or some information is lacking, please report these to the Library at researchportal@utu.fi. 

If the publications are already indexed in the source databases but are not yet in the UTUCRIS system, the data will be completed during January. Therefore, you do not need to feed these publications manually to the system.
