Thank you for reporting your publication information for the 2018 publication data collection

​During the next weeks the Library will complete and validate the information. If a researcher has activated the e-mail option in their UTUCRIS settings, they will receive a notification email about each validation.

In the notification, the Library also asks the researcher to send the final accepted manuscript for open access self-archiving in UTUCRIS. If the publication has already been published openly, the final draft is not needed. The funding model of universities has recently changed, and refereed scientific publications that are openly available or self-archived are now weighted with an incentive coefficient of 1,2.

Send a final accepted manuscript to researchportal@utu.fi. The Library checks the publishing rights of the self-archived version and the possible embargo period.
