TIAS is delighted to have been awarded NOS-HS funding to host a series of workshops in conjunction with the Swedish Collegium for Advanced Study and Aarhus Institute of Advanced Studies, to take place in 2021 and 2022.

The TIAS board is responsible for organizing the application and review processes together with other TIAS activities. The board consists of representatives from all five TIAS faculties of the University of Turku. 

Faculty's Office for Academic and Student Affairs helps applicants, students and personnel with different matters concerning studies and studying.

The office's service desk is open from Monday to Thursday at 12–14. Outside the opening hours you can contact us by phone or e-mail, or you can book an appointment.

During the application period 1 March – 18 March 2022 the KEVEKO and OPPI Doctoral Programmes invite applications for the right to study for a doctoral degree at the University of Turku starting on August 1, 2022.

TIAS wishes to assist scholars who have been affected by the current crisis in the Ukraine. It therefore invites applications for one (1) Collegium and one (1) Postdoctoral Fellow positions for a two-year period starting as soon as possible (subject to authorisation by relevant Finnish authorities).
