The solution enables efficient development and measurement of critical meta-skills in a collaborative environment in the workplace, utilizing individual data. The central theme is the dynamics of responsible business, where ecological, social, and economic sustainability are seen as equal prerequisites for competitiveness. The innovation is seen to have commercial potential especially as a support for recruitment and change management processes.
