Helpdesk – Need Help with IT?

When you need help using or acquiring IT devices, please turn to the IT Services helpdesk. There are several ways to contact the Helpdesk team.

The opening hours of the IT Services are:

Currently customers need to reserve time to visit us. This can be done by sending mail to the helpdesk@utu.fi. We require that our customers use facemask when coming to the service desk.

  • IT-service desks are open 08.00am - 15.00pm
  • Phone services are open 08.00am - 15.00pm
  • Chat services are open 08.00am - 15.00pm

In addition, we hope you wear a face mask when coming to see us. If you bring us a computer or other device for service, then try to clean the contact surfaces of the device by wiping them with a disinfectant wipe or cloth. If this is not possible, report it at the same time as handing over the device.

If you have symptoms of the flu, flu, or other infectious disease, don't come to university.
