TIAS Collegium researcher (marketing) Elina Jaakkola has been invited to join the Editorial Board of Journal of Service Research. JSR is considered the world’s leading service research journal, ranked level 4 in the ABS system. The journal aims to offer the necessary knowledge and tools to cope with an increasingly service-based economy.
