Former IB students win Bastu Challenge

​Former international business students in the GIM programme at Turku School of Economics Mira Valkjärvi and Qing Cao (current doctoral candidate at TSE)  together with Tytti Salminen and Julius Alisaari from Turku University of Applied Sciences have won the Bastu Challenge with their pitch TeMu Fabrics. Their idea is based on utilising waste textiles as substrate for fungi and in leather production. The team receives 15 000 euros and the support of  the Bastu network to develop the idea further.
