New business development programme offers a unique learning experience in the Baltic countries

BDPro is a six-month programme focusing on promoting cross-border activity and developing new business opportunities and networks around and between north-west Russia, the Baltic countries and Scandinavia alongside its excellent executive education content.

The University of Turku’s Brahea Centre for Training and Development and TSE exe – Turku School of Economics Executive Education and Development at the University of Turku have launched a new business development programme BDPro – Your Journey to Innovation and Growth. The programme was planned as a part of the EuroFaculty-Pskov project.

In the programme, the participants will go through five interlinked four-day modules located in Finland, Russia, Latvia and Estonia and organised by the leading universities and business schools of the region: the University of Turku, Stockholm School of Economics (Saint Petersburg branch), University of Tartu, University of Latvia, the Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Pskov State University.

BDPro offers wide and unique access to the most interesting insights from both top class academics and experienced business practitioners from several countries around the Baltic Sea region.

The modules will reflect the specialisations of each university including topics such as Value-Based Leadership, Lean Strategy, Change Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Innovation Management and Cross-Cultural Management. In each module the participants will also have a closer look at some of the most interesting international companies in the region during company visits.
