Researchers wishing to apply for a room can fill out an online form on the library’s website. The form can even be used to inquire about research rooms which become vacant during the period. You may attach to your application a recommendation from a supervisor, research group leader, or equivalent.

Rooms can also be granted for other research work, subject to consideration.

Access to a research room is granted for up to one year at a time, and for a maximum of two consecutive years from the beginning of the first usage period. However, for master's thesis writers, the room is granted for a maximum of three months.

Rooms are accessible 24/7 and equipped with a computer and internet connection. The basic furnishing is for one person, but the room can also be given to several applicants on request.

By signing the research room usage agreement, the person who has been granted access agrees to adhere to the terms of the agreement.

The information provided in the form is collected for the research room allocation process. Application forms are kept by the library for two years. Privacy Notice.
