First Steps: After Receiving Your Admission Email
- You will receive your Certificate of Admission by email from SoleMove. The email will come from noreply@solemove.fi. Please remember to check your spam folder! If you have not received the admission email, please contact incoming@utu.fi.
Please confirm your exchange in SoleMove using the link provided in your admission email. - Apply for a residence permit to Finland (non-EU citizens). The process is long, so you should start the process well in advance to get the residence permit before your studies start in Turku.
- Obtain insurance for your exchange period in Finland. More information available here.
- Apply for exchange student housing. See www.utu.fi/housing.
- Plan your arrival: you should arrive in Turku in time for the orientation for new exchange students.
