Would you like to help advance scientific research on horse behaviour? If you are 18 years old or older and own at least one horse, you can help to better understand the human-horse relationship by filling in a simple and fun online survey!

A team of researchers from the University of Turku in Finland is conducting a study to investigate how human and horse personalities interact together and how this is reflected in the horse's environment and behaviour. To this purpose they are looking for participants who are at least 18 years old and own at least one horse. Survey can be filled in for more than one horse.

If you decide to participate, the survey takes at least 40 minutes to complete, you can stop and come back to it later from the same device. In the survey you will fill in a personality questionnaire for you and for your horse and you will be asked for information about your habits with your horse and about your horse living environment. You can fill the survey anonymously, and you can withdraw your consent to the study and prohibit the use of the information later.

By participating in the study, you will help researchers to get a better insight to the human-horse relationship and how it may affect horse behaviour.

To participate in the study, please fill out the survey following the link below.
