International master’s students visit Rauma-region

Turku School of Economics has several international master’s degree programmes. GIM’s major is international business and FUTU’s major is future studies, which is very unique in the world. Information systems science has joint degree programmes IMMIT and GITM. Students from these programmes visited Rauma region on February 2nd. 

Comma-project explores how cybersecurity affects business relationships and risk experiences

Data connectivity has increased the demand for cybersecurity and safety of mobile work machines, which are used for example in mining, port logistics and forest environments. Turku School of Economics (TSE) started a two-year research project which aims at creating new services around cybersecurity in machine systems. The project is coordinated by VTT and involves Tampere University, Sandvik Mining and Construction, Cargotec Finland, Ponsse and Netox.

Research at the Information Systems Science

Information Systems Science at the University of Turku is a major IS research and education unit in Finland. We provide internationally renowned IS education at bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD levels.  Our team consists of four full professors and around fifteen researchers and teachers. We belong to the Turku School of Economics.
