Childhood and adolescence are particularly significant stages in the development of health and wellbeing. Researchers in Turku investigate how physical and mental health, family, social relationships and the living environment influence the development of children and young people, as well as their future life trajectories. This research is then used to develop new preventive approaches, treatments and services, allowing problems to be addressed as early as possible.
