In addition to human tragedy, the global corona crisis has been a significant disruption that has altered the course of development in many aspects in Finland, as well as out in the world. Disruption refers to a new innovation or phenomenon that functions as an incentive for extensive alterations in social, economic, or technological development.
Laboratory of Business Disruption Research conducted a study on plausible business models of MaaS (Mobility-as-a-Service) in a Horizon2020 funded CIVITAS ECCENTRIC project. Recent report summarizes the lessons learnt during the project.
The Centre for Collaborative Research CCR focuses on research work with other organisations in a cooperative way. We study business transformations at different levels: individuals, businesses, industries and in society as a whole. Besides research we develop and create prerequisites for industry-academia collaboration and innovation activities for our faculty at Turku School of Economics. We’re inspired by collaboration, transparency and impact.
