Qiujin Yu is a doctoral researcher at the entrepreneurship unit of the University of Turku (Finland). Her research interests are related to antecedents of corporate entrepreneurship and the development of Small and Medium-sized companies. Her current doctoral research focuses on exploring the pivotal elements and challenges of fostering intrapreneurship in SMEs. Before starting her doctoral research, Qiujin held a master's in International Communication from the University of Macquarie (Australia) and has worked in international corporations for over 10 years.
