I am currently employed at the Turku Research Institute for Learning Analytics, where I coordinate a team of content creators for the ViLLE Learning Platform. Additionally, I provide training on how to utilize learning analytics in teaching and assessment.

In parallel, I coordinate Multilingual Reading Assessment (MUREA), an international initiative that focuses on developing digital reading measures and studying the development of reading skills. As part of this effort, I am also working on my own doctoral dissertation, which delves into the role of linguistic skills in reading skill development.
